Ewok™ - Designer Collectible Statue

This Ewok™ Designer Collectible statue was one of our favorite projects among the team. Capturing artist Mab Graves’ beautiful pop surrealist style she is know for was a welcome challenge, and it was fun to work with her on finding the right balance between familiar and new territory with her take on this “Mama” Ewok. The colors and textures on this piece stand out - especially the eyes which capturing her painterly style. The piece really came to life when we photographed the piece in natural outdoor settings.

Mab also hand-painted a companion painting “It Takes a Village” for the Sideshow Art Print program showcasing even more of this unique take on the Endor inhabitants.
